Church workers in the county of Mayenne, west of France. Ministry to families affected by autism.
Bonjour ! We are an Anglo/French family living and working in a county called the Mayenne – an area not unlike the south of England that Catherine originates from.. Christian is from neighboring Britanny.
Like many other areas in France, evangelical churches are growing but historically our country has not been open to the truth of the Bible. Our church meets in a central town called Laval but some church members come from up to 40 km away.
We help run friendly Sunday services with a modern approach to music – something that our son Nathan loves to be involved with .
We get involved with personal and church based evangelism and subsequent discipling – all ages !
The fact that our second child, Zac, is autistic has meant that we have been able to invest lots of time in a local parents association. Now we are working on developping projects for Christian families by partnering with a national family-focused Christian organisation.
Our vision is to see local Christians built up in their faith, evangelising and discipling others and having a great church team experience while they are at it !
We want to see more families affected by various disabilites coming to faith in God and being able to integrate a local church.
Please feel free to contact us about any area of our ministry and/or if you’d like to have regular newsIf you’d like to support us personally or send a gift for a specific autism project the GLO office in Motherwell can forward either. Many thanks !
