Involved in GLO Admin & Student Placements

Before coming to study at Tilsley College in September 2016 I worked for The Christian Institute in Newcastle-upon-Tyne. My decision to apply to Tilsley College came about after going on a GLO team with Alan and Valerie Kyle in Rambouillet, France in July 2015. 2015 was really a year of many “God appointments” and in October 2015 I met some GLO workers at the Living the Passion Conference and the Lord used these conversations, as well as 1 Chronicles 28:20, “Be strong and courageous and do it…” to confirm his plan for me to come to Tilsley College.

During my first year at Tilsley I did my field placement in the GLO admin department. Short-term mission teams have had a profound impact on my own christian walk and following this placement I joined the work of GLO as the administrator for summer teams. I now work full time for GLO admin organising Summer Teams and for GLO Tilsley College as the Practical Placement Tutor.
