I am delighted to announce a new resource that we believe will be a great help and blessing to church leaders. ‘Learning to Lead: Next Generation’ is the latest version of our leadership training course which we have been using for many years. This resource comprises a stand-alone book and a CD Rom which contains a complete course on leadership.  The book is also a text book for the course.  It is an easy-to-use guide for busy leaders and potential leaders.  Existing leaders can take it "off-the-shelf" and begin to train a new generation of leaders.  Leadership teams can also use the material to self-teach.  It seeks to encourage the pursuit of excellence and prepare leaders to face the challenges of an ever changing world.

Learning to Lead is written by church leaders for church leaders.  The authors tackle the range of issues leaders face offering biblical and practical advice stemming from years of experience.  Contents include the nature of Christian leadership, working as a team, handling change, leading through conflict and succession planning. If you are thinking of running a leadership training course in your church this resource may be for you. For those who wish to run the course later in the year we are offering additional support to trainers in the form of Skype seminars.  These will be run in the autumn and details will be issued with the purchase of books or CDRom.
